Clinic Terms of Service

Dubbed is a B2B software and procurement platform for licensed clinics and practices. It provides clinic operating software (EMR, booking, POS, messaging, compliance tools) and exact-cost vendor procurement. Dubbed does not practice medicine, provide medical or clinical services, employ or supervise your prescribers, or direct clinical decisions. All clinical care, prescribing, and treatment decisions are made solely by licensed practitioners at your practice (or by an independent professional corporation when you use good-faith exam / consult services). Lumify MD is the management services organization (MSO) behind Dubbed; Lumify Health is a professional corporation. Neither Dubbed nor the MSO replaces your clinic as the covered entity for patient care.

Foundation is $249 per month for one location and one prescriber. Growth is $599 per month with no prescriber limit. Pricing is flat per practice — not per user, not per provider, and not a percentage of anything.

Additional locations are $249 per month each and require the Growth plan.

Plans run on a twelve-month term. To leave, give us 60 days' notice. Onboarding — setup, your first prescriber, pharmacy enrollment, data migration, training and go-live — is free on a twelve-month term.

Other fees are charged only as listed on our Pricing page, including: added prescriber registration ($99 one-time, Growth plan only), each additional state ($25), rush request to the pharmacy ($15), order change after submission ($10, free within 30 minutes), Order management: $10 per order we place (not per line item). Different ship-froms count separately, even to the same destination., and marketing message packs.

We never charge you for our own errors, or a pharmacy's.

Product, prescription, laboratory, shipping and supply costs are passed through at the price Dubbed (or its MSO) is charged, with no markup. Dubbed does not take title to, hold, dispense or resell prescription product. Ordering and payment for those items are performed as your practice's agent under your management services / platform agreement.

Orders go to the pharmacy or vendor in real time. If the pharmacy or vendor charges a cancellation fee, we pass it on at exactly what they charge, with nothing added. Once a pharmacy or vendor has shipped an order, it can no longer be cancelled, and you are responsible for the full cost of the order. Shipped orders are not refundable.

On Growth, marketing texts and emails may be sent on your practice's behalf. Before sending marketing messages, your practice must have each patient's consent to receive them and must honor opt-out requests. Appointment, order and shipping messages are transactional and are not marketing messages. Your practice remains responsible for consent and messaging compliance.

You must use Dubbed only for lawful clinic operations, keep credentials secure, provide accurate licensing and enrollment information, and ensure only authorized staff access the platform. You are responsible for clinical decisions, prescribing, patient consent, and compliance with applicable laws and professional rules. Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other customers, or use Dubbed to practice medicine under Dubbed's name.

Your practice is the covered entity for patient care. Where the Dubbed platform stores or processes protected health information on your behalf, we act as your business associate and sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with your practice. We use PHI only to provide and support the platform for your clinic — not as a consumer patient portal. Your practice owns its patient data; you can export patients, charts and order history in full, free, when you ask.

Dubbed provides the platform and procurement services as described in your signed agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dubbed's and its MSO's aggregate liability arising from the platform or these terms is limited to the fees you paid for the platform in the twelve months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless your signed agreement says otherwise.

These terms summarize how the Dubbed platform works for clinics. Your signed management services / platform agreement and any order form govern your account; if they differ from this page, the signed agreement controls.
